The Terrace FAQs:

Is Food & Drink included?

A ticket on The Terrace includes one welcome drink (wine, beer or soft drink only). All other purchases are payable on the night at point of ordering from your seat via QR code.

I have dietary requirements/allergies – who do I contact?

If you have any specific dietary requirements/allergies that we should be aware of, please e-mail premiumseating@thehydroclub.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate these.

What time can I access my seats via the Hydro Club entrance?

In the days leading up to an event, look out for an e-mail from premiumseating@thehydroclub.co.uk. This will include your arrival information and timings for the event. Access will be available when main doors open.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be available to order via QR code from the comfort of your seat and will be delivered directly to you. Please note merchandise delivery is subject to availability of stock, please speak to a member of The Hydro Club team on night should any issues arise. Merchandise can be ordered via the QR code right up until the Main Act takes the stage – subject to availability. After this time if you would still like to purchase Merchandise there should be a stall open on the main concourse during and after the show. 

Where are the seats on the Terrace located in the arena?

The Terrace is located on Level 2 of the OVO Hydro which can only be accessed via Stairs and The Terrace seats are raised, bar stool style which may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements.

These seats are accessed via 5 steps at either side.

Can I include access to one of the Hydro Club Lounges with my Terrace booking?

The main benefit with The Terrace seating is in-seat food & drinks service. This means you don’t need to wait in the bar queues in the venue as any drinks and/or food you order will be delivered directly to your seat. There is no access to any of the Hospitality lounges included in the Terrace tickets.

Can I transfer my event tickets to someone else?

The Terrace tickets can be transferred via Ticketmaster. In your Ticketmaster account, on the ticket event page you should see a transfer option available. If you are transferring tickets to another person please also forward any communications received by the Hydro Club regarding your Terrace tickets.

I already have tickets can I upgrade them to The Terrace?

Already purchased tickets cannot be upgraded to The Terrace. The Terrace offering includes a seat in the arena to watch the show.

I have purchased tickets for The Terrace, can I sit anywhere on The Terrace?

No, you will only be able to sit on your chosen seat on The Terrace. On the night our friendly Stewards will be there to help you find your seat.

Are there any age restrictions for The Terrace seats and accessing the Capital Starsuite?

The standard venue age advisory will apply to The Terrace seats, unless otherwise stated by the event organiser as advised on the individual what’s on listing here. 

Is parking included in The Terrace tickets?

Parking is not included in The Terrace tickets, further information on parking at the venue can be found here.

I have already purchased tickets for The Terrace, can I add a Companion ticket on?

We are unable to include a companion ticket on tickets that have already been purchased. If you are looking to purchase tickets and include a companion ticket please get in touch with our team who would be happy to assist - premiumseating@thehydroclub.co.uk 

How do I redeem my complimentary welcome drink?

All Terrace guests should enter via the Hydro Club Entrance and redeem your complimentary welcome drink when checking in with our friendly Hosts.

The Nest FAQs:

Is Food & Drink included?

A ticket in The Nest does not include any food or drink. All purchases are payable on the night prior to taking your seat for the event.

Will I be able to order food in the Capital Starsuite

Yes, in the Capital Starsuite we offer food service in the Clubhouse area, you are more than welcome to head along and grab a table. Food service is offered until the main act is on stage. Please note tables are on a first come, first served basis, please ask our friendly staff on the night and they would be delighted to assist you with getting a table.

Can I watch the show from the Capital Starsuite

Curtains from the lounge will usually close when there is an act on stage. To watch the show, please take your seats in the arena.

What time does the Hydro Club open?

Guests accessing the Capital Starsuite can use the QR codes located on the tables to order Merchandise from our online shop which will then be delivered directly to you in the Capital Starsuite. Please note merchandise delivery is subject to availability of stock, please speak to a member of The Hydro Club team on night should any issues arise.
