Amvale are our partners for medical, ambulance and first aid services at the OVO Hydro. There is a fully equipped Medical Room on the ground floor of the OVO Hydro. During events we have a number of medical professionals on hand to deal with medical enquiries and offer support.

The OVO Hydro is home to an appetising selection of food and drink. In this area we have a Big Grill unit serving Burgers and a pop-up outlet which changes per event.

The Box office opens at 3pm on the day of the event and closes 15 mins after the main act takes to stage, unless otherwise stated. Tickets can be purchased online 24 hours a day at www.ovohydro.com (powered by Ticketmaster).

There is lift access to Level 2. Lift is 121cm width with handrail. Level 3 is accessible by stairs only. Levels 2 & 3 may not suit those who have mobility difficulties or who are uncomfortable with heights.

Once through security, our on-site host staff will welcome you at our Hydro Club Reception desk (directly ahead after entering the main doors) before escorting you to your private lounge.

Entrance walkway is 128.5cm with handrails. There are a number of accessible toilets on the ground floor and Level 2 of the venue. Radar keys for accessible toilets are available from stewards or may be purchased from the Information Desk.

The Cloakroom is in the west lobby on the ground floor. It is open during many events and visitors can deposit items for the duration of the event for £2 per item, per day.
