The Terrace

Our Terrace seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.

The ticket price includes:

• Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
• Elevated, reserved seat at the front of Level 2 for premium stage views
• In-seat food and drinks service
• A complimentary welcome drink on arrival
• In-seat Merchandise delivery service

Please note:

• The Terrace is located on Level 2 of the OVO Hydro.
• Seats on the Terrace are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
• Terrace seats are raised, bar stool style
• All food and drinks, other than the welcome drink, are payable on the night
• The welcome drink comprises either beer, wine, spirits or soft drinks in standard measures

The Nest

Our Nest seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.

The ticket price includes:

• Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
• Private, reserved seats with premium stage views
• Access to the Capital Starsuite and Clubhouse lounges pre and post show

Please note:

• The Nest is located on Level 3 of the OVO Hydro.
• Seats on the Nest are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
• Nest seats are raised, bar stool style (Row B) or low, banquette- sofa style seats (Row A)

At the SEC, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience even better. While we continue to keep safety and security our top priority, we're introducing new security screening technology to help make entry smoother and more seamless. Check the information below on how it works, so you can spend the minimum time waiting and the maximum time enjoying your visit.

Evolv Express is a contactless security screening solution that highlights threat items, while ignoring harmless personal items, as you walk through at a natural pace.

How does it work?

1. Follow instructions from our team
2. Keep all personal belongings with you during the screening process
3. Simply Walk through the screening system; there's no need to stop unless directed to by security
4. Have your ticket ready for scanning

If you have a medical condition that may limit certain security procedures, or use a wearable or implanted medical device, please inform staff as you approach and they will provide an alternative screening method.

• Age Restriction: Over 18s only
• Alcohol: Know your limits. Anyone underage or overly intoxicated will be refused entry or ejected from the event.
• Plan your arrival: Please allow enough time to complete enhanced security checks and ticket checks to avoid missing any of the show.
• Bags: Please do not bring large bags. Bags over A3 size will not be allowed into the event.
• Challenge 25: If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol.
• Hydrate: Water points will be available within the venue.
• The forms of ID we accept to prove your age are:
  •  Passport
  • Photo-card driving licence / provisional licence
  • Photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram e.g Young Scot Card, Citizencard
  • Ministry of defence (defence identity card).
• Smoking/Vaping: There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the OVO Hydro. For those who wish to smoke, a designated smoking area will be available.
• Welfare: If you feel unwell or unsafe please speak to a steward. The stewarding, medical and wellbeing teams on duty are there to help. The wellbeing team will be wearing light blue hi-vis vests and will be roaming within the venue; they are there to assist. There will also be two medical posts within the Hydro bowl.
• Strobe lighting, smoke, laser and pyrotechnic effects may be used at this event.
• Standing Area: Access to the standing area is permitted to standing ticket holders only.
