The Terrace

Our Terrace seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.

The ticket price includes:

• Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
• Elevated, reserved seat at the front of Level 2 for premium stage views
• In-seat food and drinks service
• A complimentary welcome drink on arrival
• In-seat Merchandise delivery service

Please note:

• The Terrace is located on Level 2 of the OVO Hydro.
• Seats on the Terrace are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
• Terrace seats are raised, bar stool style
• All food and drinks, other than the welcome drink, are payable on the night
• The welcome drink comprises either beer, wine, spirits or soft drinks in standard measures

The Nest

Our Nest seats provide a range of VIP benefits for enjoying your favourite acts and events.

The ticket price includes:

• Fast-track arena entry through our Hydro Club entrance
• Private, reserved seats with premium stage views
• Access to the Capital Starsuite and Clubhouse lounges pre and post show

Please note:

• The Nest is located on Level 3 of the OVO Hydro.
• Seats on the Nest are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with accessible requirements
• Nest seats are raised, bar stool style (Row B) or low, banquette- sofa style seats (Row A)

Evolv Express is a contactless security screening solution that highlights threat items, while ignoring harmless personal items, as you walk through at a natural pace.

How does it work?

1. Follow instructions from our team
2. Keep all personal belongings with you during the screening process
3. Simply Walk through the screening system; there's no need to stop unless directed to by security
4. Have your ticket ready for scanning

Guests requiring step-free access should use one of our two dedicated accessible entrances, located on the East and West sides of the venue.

Wheelchair Borrow Available

Our venue has a limited number of wheelchairs available to borrow. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Collection and drop off is at the Information Desk on the main concourse of the OVO Hydro.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue on multiple levels, are clearly signposted and can be accessed using your Radar key. If you do not have a Radar Key, please ask a member of staff for assistance.

Useful Entry Information

To help you get through security quickly, please review the following guidance before travelling.

Bags

Small bags are permitted.

Large bags, suitcases and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue. Security checks will be carried out on arrival.

Medication

Essential medication can be brought into the venue.

If you require medication, medical equipment or food for medical reasons, please ensure it is clearly labelled and be prepared for security checks upon entry.

Umbrellas

Please remember that Glasgow weather can be unpredictable.

Compact umbrellas can be brought to the venue, but large golf-style umbrellas are not permitted. We recommend bringing a lightweight waterproof jacket where possible.

• We recommend visitors allow plenty of time to get through our security checks and into the venue, arriving for the doors open time as a general guide – don’t miss out on the action!
• Allow extra time if using accessible entrances or parking.
