Q: What motivated you to join the Hydro Club?
A: We were motivated to join the Hydro Club as it offered a unique opportunity to strengthen our relationships with clients, suppliers, and our workforce. The benefits, including guaranteed tickets and the chance to provide a memorable experience in a relaxed setting, aligned with our goals to enhance both client engagement and employee incentives. Additionally, the overall hospitality experience offered an added value that we knew would be appreciated by all involved.
Q: How do you use your Hydro Club membership to support your business?
A: We use our Hydro Club membership to host both current and potential customers and suppliers, helping to strengthen our working relationships in a more relaxed setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the workplace. It also serves as a well-deserved incentive for our workforce, thanking them for their ongoing support and dedication.
Q: Which artist/band has been your favourite and why?
A: Personally, my favourite events have been any involving country music, like Country to Country and Luke Combs, as well as the complete opposite end of the spectrum with 50 Cent. Every event is such a great experience, even if you're not a fan of the artist or genre – it’s always a fantastic time!
Q: What are your favourite features or benefits of the Hydro Club membership?
A: I believe the whole hospitality experience truly offers the best of both worlds. You get the luxury of pre-arranged parking, no waiting in queues, and the peace and quiet of the lounge with an excellent dining experience, all while still enjoying amazing views and the excitement of the concert. It’s really the perfect combination. I also think, especially for our guests who we send to events, that knowing everything is organised in advance allows them to unwind and fully enjoy their evening.
